<image:caption>Anne Bradley is a lawyer, software engineer, and entrepreneur championing the responsible use of data and AI in intelligent systems. From 2011-2023 Anne worked in-house building technology and privacy legal functions at Hulu and Nike where she was Chief Privacy Officer and Digital Transformation Counsel — focusing on issues of AI, privacy, cybersecurity, data localization, wearable tech, and global content moderation. As an adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Anne teaches Responsible Data & AI in Business, a course about business trade-offs involved in implementing data science, data visualization, and AI in business. Anne is Sr. Fellow and member of the Board of Directors of the Future of Privacy Forum, a think tank that serves as a catalyst for privacy leadership and scholarship, advancing principled data practices in support of emerging technologies. She also advises Luminos.ai, a software platform to automate AI risk management and testing. Anne is a graduate of University of California, Hastings College of Law and a member of the California Bar. She received an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Art from Bowdoin College. In the first chapter of her career, Anne was a technical product manager at a software company serving the newspaper industry, and then the founding CTO of an e-commerce and affiliate marketing business. Her second chapter as an IP and technology lawyer began as an associate in the San Francisco office of Townsend & Townsend & Crew, and then the Los Angeles offices of Christie, Parker & Hale, and then Foley & Lardner before going in-house. From 2022 to 2024, Anne was the Chief Product Officer and a member of the founding team at DNA Personalized Health & Fitness Company - AlterMe. She is currently the founder and CEO of Honey Mirror, a smart mirror for skincare and makeup, where she uses principles of “Privacy and Responsible AI by Design” every day.</image:caption>
